What we collect

We collect information you give us directly — your name, email, and phone number when you contact us, sign up for our newsletter, book an event, or create an account. When online ordering is available, we also process order details and payment through our payment provider (Clover); we never see or store your full card number. We also collect basic, cookieless usage data (pages viewed, general device type) to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To respond to your messages, fulfill and update orders, send you emails you asked for, run events, keep the site secure, and improve what we offer. We only send marketing email to people who opted in, and every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business — for example our website/database host (Supabase), our payment processor (Clover), and our email provider (Resend). They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for others’ advertising.

Cookies & analytics

Our own analytics are first-party and cookieless — no third-party advertising trackers. Marketing emails may include an open-tracking pixel so we know engagement; you can block images in your email client to opt out.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any message, or ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us. We’ll respond promptly.

Our site and products are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
